Jacob Heppner is one of the newest additions to the Ice Age Meals team. He has been a CrossFit Games competitor three times and was the 7th Fittest Man on Earth in 2016. Aside from CrossFit, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelli, and their Corgi, Winston. Snippets of their adventures can be found on Jacob's Instagram page.
