  2. We ship Monday-Thursday. If you order after 2:00PM Pacific on Thursday, your meals will ship the following Monday.
  3. The shipping date will always be listed at the top of the homepage of our website. We update it daily to ensure accuracy.
  4. Once your meals ship, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  5. Once your meals delivery, we send a delivery confirmation email.
