I've only made one of the recipes from this booklet so far (and it came out SO DELICIOUS!) but all of the recipes are up my alley and look incredible. I think the detailed cooking tips given by Chef Nick are really helpful, and all of the meals use healthy, quality ingredients and do not look complicated. Thanks!!
