How to heat up your Ice Age Meal
Our meals are microwave and oven safe!
In the microwave (frozen): Remove the sleeve and leave the plastic on. Heat in microwave for 4 minutes. Remove plastic and stir food. Put back into microwave for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
In the microwave (thawed): Remove sleeve and leave plastic on. Heat in microwave for 2-4 minutes. Remove plastic and stir food. Put back into microwave for 1 minute. Enjoy!
In the oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place meal on tray and cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees. Let sit for 1-2 minutes to keep those taste buds intact. Enjoy!
