Huli Huli means “turn turn” in Hawaiian—paying homage to how this chicken is traditionally cooked over an open fire, slowly turning on a rotisserie. We put our spin on it by marinating boneless chicken thighs in organic tomato, coconut aminos, and fresh ginger, then turning them in our smoker with a touch of oak smoke for deep island flavor.
It’s served with roasted pineapple and organic sweet potatoes—a sweet, smoky, and satisfying combo that brings major meal prep magic.
